Reducing organisational vulnerability of women: applying organisational research in Mexican-US borderlands.

Descripción

Key deliverables will be the 5 interventions designed to learn how women
participation, masculine patronisation and gender diversity are practised at
organisational level in Tijuana:
1. Reverse conference ("Organisational Vulnerability: women organising in
Tijuana"). Associate partners organisations will leave with a draft of an
impact case study on how their respective organisations could reduce the
vulnerability of women.
2. "Women Organising in Tijuana": a short documentary film to be used for
pedagogical purposes.
3. Discussion groups: 5 discussion groups to incentivise discussion and
evaluate interest to reduce the vulnerability of women.
4. Podcasts: 5 online podcasts distributed free online
5. Mobile app (iOS/Android), "TijuanaHelp": developed for the use of
managers to identify best practices to tackle organisational vulnerability of
women. The app will work also as platform to share information among
women and their organisational experiences in Tijuana.
